Alfred Edward Smith, a 2017 graduate of Carolina University’s PhD in Leadership program, is launching an online resourcing program called “Black Dad University”. Leadership, image, and building healthy relationships are a few of the topics addressed to help dads build life and legacy into their children. Alfred and his wife are parents to six children and grandparents to three.
