Mike Mitchener is the pastor of Riverview Baptist Church in the mountains of southwestern Virginia. He was also the founding and Senior Pastor of Westside Fellowship in Elon, North Carolina for over 20 years. Mike has been in local church ministry for almost 30 years and prior to that, he had a successful business career.
We are also pleased that he serves as a Trustee Board member here at Carolina University.
Mike and his wife,Stephanie, have been married for 38 years. They have three sons, two of whom are married, and are blessed with three grandsons and one granddaughter.
